For Dock Owners
We handle everything for you. Once your dock is onboarded, we list it across our verified network, screen all vessels, manage bookings, collect payments, and handle guest communication, check-ins, and maintenance coordination. You simply approve availability and receive monthly payouts.
Dock owners receive monthly payouts after FoxStays Docks deducts the agreed management fee and any applicable expenses. The exact percentage is outlined in the Dockage Management Agreement, and all earnings are reflected in your monthly invoice.
All payments are processed securely through FoxStays Docks. Guests pay FoxStays directly, and owners receive automated monthly payouts by the 15th of the following month, along with an itemized invoice for full transparency.
For Dock Renters / Boat Owners
Search and request a dock directly through our website. Once confirmed, you’ll receive arrival details, gate access instructions, and support contact information before check-in.
Your vessel’s LOA, beam, draft, insurance policy, registration, and arrival/departure dates. For longer stays or liveaboards, additional compliance verification may be requested.
Yes. Our guests have access to support during their stay, and our local operations team can dispatch assistance for urgent dock or vessel issues.
