South Florida Dockage Price Guide
What docks actually cost, by vessel size and area, plus how to pay less.
How dock pricing works
In South Florida, dockage is priced per foot of your vessel’s length (LOA), per day, generally about $2–$5/ft/day depending on location, water depth, shore power, and the season. Here’s what that looks like by vessel size:
| Vessel length | Typical nightly range |
|---|---|
| 40 ft | $80 – $200 / night |
| 50 ft | $100 – $250 / night |
| 60 ft | $120 – $300 / night |
| 80 ft | $160 – $400 / night |
| 100 ft | $200 – $500 / night |
| 120 ft | $240 – $600 / night |
Ranges are estimates. Monthly and seasonal leases typically lower the effective nightly rate.
