Does my boat fit?
This dock takes vessels up to 80 ft length overall (the slip is 90 ft, less 5 ft of clearance at each end), with about 29 ft of beam and 6 ft of draft/depth. If you're unsure whether your boat fits, request a quote and our team will confirm the fit.
Can I live aboard?
No. Living aboard is not allowed at this dock.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Every vessel must show valid insurance and send a pre-arrival form before docking. Our Terms also require valid vessel insurance and registration for the length of the booking.
What do I pay, and what if I cancel?
Nothing is charged when you request. Once we confirm your dock and you e-sign the lease, a 30% deposit is collected and the balance is due 30 days before arrival; if you arrive within 30 days, the full amount is collected on approval. Card payments add a 3% processing fee; bank transfer, Zelle and wire have no card fee. Free cancellation until 7 days before arrival. Monthly leases need 30 days’ notice. Boat-show (FLIBS) stays are prepaid and non-refundable. Refunds, where due, go back to the original payment method.

Boat owners are required to maintain sufficient insurance coverage to protect against any damage or liability arising from their vessel, including damage to the dock or surrounding property in the event of a hurricane storm accident or other incident while the boat is docked.
