Winter estimate

What boaters pay for a dock like yours

Pick your slip length and area. The figure is 30 nights of dockage at our docks nearby, from the rates they publish today.

Power and liveaboard help us match the right boaters to your dock. They are not part of the estimate.

What boaters pay

30 nights of dockage for a 50 ft boat, the longest a 60 ft slip takes, at our docks near the Las Olas Isles, as of October 13, 2026:

From about $2,250 to $4,890

$75 to $163 a night

Owners keep most of it; ask us for your exact numbers.

Estimate; exact quote before you book. This is what boaters pay, not what an owner is paid. The range runs from the lowest to the highest per-foot rate our docks near the Las Olas Isles publish today for a 50 ft boat, the longest a 60 ft slip takes (slip minus 10 ft), times the length, times 30 nights, over 8 docks. Dockage only, before power, water and any other charges. A boater’s quote prices each night of their dates: boat-show week costs more for every boat. It is not an offer, a payout or an income promise.

FAQ

Dock owner questions

No. It is what boaters pay at our docks today for a boat your slip takes, worked out from our published per-foot rates. Owners keep most of it; ask us for your exact numbers.

We keep 5 feet of clearance at the bow and 5 at the stern, so a slip takes a boat up to 10 feet shorter than its length. We check every dock we list.

Personal boats cannot dock at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, so visiting boats need private docks nearby, and boats staying on after the show need a dock for the winter. Ask us what fits your dock.

Our local team looks at your dock and comes back with your exact numbers and next steps. We'll get back to you quickly. There is no obligation.
