This dock takes vessels up to 230 ft length overall (the slip is 240 ft, less 5 ft of clearance at each end), with about 25 ft of beam and 7 ft of draft/depth. If you're unsure whether your boat fits, request a quote and our team will confirm the fit.
Can I live aboard?
No. Living aboard is not allowed at this dock.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Every vessel must show valid insurance and send a pre-arrival form before docking. Our Terms also require valid vessel insurance and registration for the length of the booking.
What do I pay, and what if I cancel?
Nothing is charged when you request. Once we confirm your dock and you e-sign the lease, a 30% deposit is collected and the balance is due 30 days before arrival; if you arrive within 30 days, the full amount is collected on approval. Card payments add a 3% processing fee; bank transfer, Zelle and wire have no card fee. Free cancellation until 7 days before arrival. Monthly leases need 30 days’ notice. Boat-show (FLIBS) stays are prepaid and non-refundable. Refunds, where due, go back to the original payment method.
