Do I need insurance?
Yes. Every vessel must show valid insurance and send a pre-arrival form before docking. Our Terms also require valid vessel insurance and registration for the length of the booking.
What do I pay, and what if I cancel?
Nothing is charged when you request. Once we confirm your dock and you e-sign the lease, a 30% deposit is collected and the balance is due 30 days before arrival; if you arrive within 30 days, the full amount is collected on approval. Card payments add a 3% processing fee; bank transfer, Zelle and wire have no card fee. Free cancellation until 7 days before arrival. Monthly leases need 30 days’ notice. Boat-show (FLIBS) stays are prepaid and non-refundable. Refunds, where due, go back to the original payment method.

House rules
House Rules * Dock is for private vessel storage and normal recreational use only. * No liveaboards or use of the vessel as a residence. * No parties, large gatherings, or excessive noise. * No commercial operations, charter pickups/drop-offs, or customer traffic without prior written approval. * No major mechanical work, painting, sanding, or other significant repairs at the dock. * Keep dock, lines, hoses, cords, and surrounding areas clean and safely secured. * No dumping, discharge, fuel spills, or disposal of waste into the canal. * Electricity and water use must be reasonable and consistent with the rental agreement. * Owner/renter is responsible for properly securing the vessel and maintaining appropriate insurance. * Please respect the residence, neighbors, and quiet residential setting. * Guests and service providers must comply with the same rules. * Vessel must remain within the agreed dock space and meet approved length, beam, draft, and power requirements.
